Order generally comes with 1-3 different shapes or designes per each dozen you order.
if you only add one dozen to you cart. please make sure you add on the notes/ personalization sectio (the three of your preferance).
if order 2+ you will be gettin g all shapes as shown.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE
At the moment we dont currently accept any returns or exchange in any of our products .
this is a beautiful hand decorated work that takes too much time to create, tha we ca not send to waste if any is returned.
of course there are some exceptions:
Example. when picking up your order you noticed one is broken or damaged. we automatically process a refun for the damaged piece
